Myeong-dong Chicken Skewer

Ingredients:

Chicken Thigh.....................560 g
Green Spring Onion ...........6 Stalks
Grated Garlic......................2 tsp
Grated Onion......................2 tsp
Grated Ginger.....................1 tsp
Korean Muhak Soju...........1/2 Tbsp
Black Pepper.....................1/2 tsp
Salt......................................1/4 tsp

Sauce Ingredients:
Corn Syrup..................... 2Tbsp
Korean Gochujang........ 2 Tbsp
Korean Soy Sauce......... 1 tsp
Black Pepper..................1/4 tsp

Method:

1. Put the Sauce Ingredients all together and mix well.

2. Cut the Chicken Thigh into small pieces, marinate with Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Korean Muhak Soju, Salt and Black Pepper for 30 MINUTES.

3. Put the Chicken Thigh and Green Spring Onion through the skewers.

4. Add oil in a hot saucepan. Add the skewers and sear to golden brown on both sides on MEDIUM HEAT.

5. Apply the Sauce onto the skewers and fully cooked. Enjoy!!!
